Two killed in Khulna road mishap

At least two people were killed while seven others injured in a head-on collision between a truck and a human-hauler on Khulna-Satkhira Highway at Dumuria in Khulna on Friday morning. Identities of the deceased could not be known immediately. Dumuria police officer-in-charge Suvash Biswash said the accident took place at Kanthalia Point around 11:00am when a Khulna-bound truck hit the human-hauler coming from opposite direction. Two passengers of the human-hauler died on the spot and seven others were injured. The injured were rushed to Khulna Medical College Hospital.
